By using ThePhotogPlan ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service provides software tools to help photographers generate event timelines and shot lists. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind; the timelines and shot lists it produces are suggestions to be reviewed and adjusted by you, the professional, and we are not liable for decisions made or outcomes at any event. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. We may update or discontinue features at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.
The Service is free. Every feature is available to every user at no charge. Nothing is sold, there is no subscription and no payment is required to use any part of ThePhotogPlan. A free account may keep up to five saved plans; this limit exists to keep storage sane and may change.
No guarantee of continued operation. Because the Service is free and funded by voluntary donations, it creates no obligation to operate for any particular length of time. If it is ever discontinued we intend to give advance notice by email so you can export your plans first — PDF, calendar (.ics) and copy-as-text export are built in, and your plans are yours.
We collect only what we need to run the Service: your email address (to create and secure your account) and the plans you choose to save. If you choose to make a donation, the card details are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number, and we receive only the amount and the email Stripe associates with the payment. We do not sell your personal information. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service and to contact you about your account. You can request deletion of your account and saved data at any time by emailing support@thephotogplan.com. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no third-party tracking on this site. The only things stored in your browser are what the Service itself needs: your login session and a few local preferences (such as an unsaved timeline you were working on).
ThePhotogPlan is free. Donations are entirely voluntary, buy nothing, and unlock nothing — every feature is already available to every account, and a donation changes nothing about what you can do. They exist only to help cover hosting and the domain.
Not tax-deductible. ThePhotogPlan is a personal project run by an individual, not a registered charity or non-profit. Donations are personal gifts and are not tax-deductible, and no receipt for charitable purposes can be issued.
Processing. Card donations are processed by Stripe. Cash App donations go directly to the Cash App handle shown on the site and are outside our control once sent — Cash App's own terms and dispute process apply to those.
Refunds. Donations are gifts and are generally not refundable. That said, if you donated by mistake, donated more than you meant to, or simply change your mind, email support@thephotogplan.com within 30 days and it will be refunded, no questions asked. One-off donations are not recurring, so there is nothing to cancel.
No obligation either way. Donating does not entitle you to support, features, influence over the roadmap, or any guarantee that the Service will continue to operate — see the Terms.
